02 Ingredients
1 cup Broccoli Florets
1 Carrot (sliced thin)
1 Red Bell Pepper (sliced)
½ cup Snow Peas (optional)
2 cloves Garlic (minced)
1 tbsp Ginger (grated, optional)
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Oyster Sauce (optional, for richness)
1 tsp Sesame Oil
2 tbsp Vegetable Oil (for stir-frying)
Salt (to taste)
Black Pepper (to taste)
Optional Sesame Seeds (for garnish)
03 Method
Step 1
Heat Vegetable Oil in a wok or skillet over high heat.
Step 2
Add Garlic and Ginger, stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Step 3
Add Broccoli, Carrots, Bell Pepper, and optional Snow Peas. Stir-fry for 3–4 minutes until crisp-tender.
Step 4
Pour in Soy Sauce, Oyster Sauce (if using), and Sesame Oil. Toss well to coat.
Step 5
Season with Salt and Black Pepper to taste.
