  • 1 cup Cauliflower Florets

  • 1 Sweet Potato (cubed)

  • 1 Red Bell Pepper (sliced)

  • 3 tbsp Olive Oil

  • 1 tsp Dried Italian Herbs (or Rosemary/Thyme)

  • Salt (to taste)

Step 1
Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
