1 Pie Crust (store-bought or homemade)
4 Large Eggs
1 cup Heavy Cream (or Half-and-Half)
1 cup Shredded Cheese (Swiss, Gruyère, or Cheddar)
4 slices Bacon (cooked and crumbled)
½ cup Spinach (fresh, chopped)
½ cup Mushrooms (sliced, optional)
½ Onion (diced, optional)
Salt (to taste)
Black Pepper (to taste)
Nutmeg (a pinch, optional)

Step 1
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Place Pie Crust in a pie dish and prebake for 10 minutes.
Step 2
In a bowl, whisk Eggs, Cream, Salt, Pepper, and Nutmeg until smooth.
Step 3
Spread Bacon, Spinach, Mushrooms, and Onion evenly in the pie crust.
Step 4
Sprinkle with Shredded Cheese.
Step 5
Pour the Egg mixture over the fillings.
Step 6
Bake for 35–40 minutes until the filling is set and slightly golden.
Step 7
Cool for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve warm or chilled.
