02 Ingredients

  • 4 Eggs

  • 2 tbsp Milk (optional, for fluffiness)

  • 2 tbsp Butter

  • Salt (to taste)

  • Black Pepper (to taste)


    Filling Options

  • ½ cup Shredded Cheese (Cheddar, Mozzarella, or Swiss)

  • ¼ cup Ham (diced)

  • ¼ cup Mushrooms (sliced)

  • 1 cup Spinach (fresh)

03 Method

Step 1
Crack Eggs into a bowl, add Milk (if using), Salt, and Black Pepper. Beat until well combined.

Heat Butter in a nonstick skillet over medium heat until melted.

Pour in the Egg mixture and tilt the pan to spread evenly. Cook without stirring for 1–2 minutes until the edges start to set.

Add Cheese, Ham, Mushrooms, Spinach, or other fillings on one side of the omelet.

Fold the omelet in half over the fillings.
