02 Ingredients

  • 500g Large Shrimp (peeled and deveined, tails on)

  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil

  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice

  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)

  • 1 tsp Lemon Zest (optional)

  • 1 tsp Dried Oregano (or Fresh Herbs like Parsley/Dill)

  • Salt (to taste)

  • Black Pepper (to taste)

  • Wooden or Metal Skewers (if wooden, soak in water 20 mins)



03 Method

Step 1
In a bowl, whisk together Olive Oil, Lemon Juice, Garlic, Herbs, Salt, and Black Pepper.

Step 2
Add Shrimp, toss to coat, and marinate for 15–20 minutes.

Step 3
Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

Step 4
Thread marinated Shrimp onto skewers.

Step 5
Grill for 2–3 minutes per side until shrimp are pink, opaque, and slightly charred.

Step 6
Remove from grill, drizzle with extra Lemon Juice, and serve hot.
