02 Ingredients
1 Whole Cooked Ham (about 3–4 kg, bone-in preferred)
½ cup Honey (or Maple Syrup)
½ cup Brown Sugar
2 tbsp Dijon Mustard (or Yellow Mustard)
2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar (or Orange Juice)
½ tsp Ground Cloves (optional, classic holiday flavor)

03 Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 160°C (325°F). Place ham in a roasting pan, cut side down.
Step 2
Score the surface of the ham in a crisscross diamond pattern.
Step 3
In a bowl, whisk together Honey, Brown Sugar, Mustard, Vinegar (or Juice), and Cloves (if using).
Step 4
Brush half of the glaze over the ham. Cover loosely with foil.
Step 5
Bake for 1.5–2 hours, basting with glaze every 30 minutes.
Step 6
During the last 20 minutes, remove foil and brush with remaining glaze. Bake until caramelized and glossy.
Step 7
Rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
Step 8
Serve hot with traditional sides like mashed potatoes or roasted vegetables.
