Deviled Eggs (Party & Holiday Favorite)

02 Ingredients
6 Large Eggs
3 tbsp Mayonnaise
1 tsp Yellow Mustard (or Dijon)
1 tsp Lemon Juice (optional)
Salt (to taste)
Black Pepper (to taste)
Paprika (for garnish)
Optional Chives or Dill (for garnish)
03 Method
Step 1
Place Eggs in a saucepan, cover with water, and bring to a boil.
Step 2
Once boiling, reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Remove eggs and cool in ice water.
Step 3
Peel the Eggs, slice them in half lengthwise, and remove the yolks.
Step 4
Mash yolks in a bowl. Mix with Mayonnaise, Mustard, Lemon Juice, Salt, and Black Pepper until smooth.
Step 5
Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
Step 6
Sprinkle with Paprika and garnish with Chives or Dill.
Step 7
Serve chilled as a holiday or party snack.
