02 Ingredients

  • 12 slices White Bread (toasted)

  • 200g Cooked Turkey or Chicken Breast (sliced)

  • 8 slices Crispy Bacon

  • 2 Tomatoes (sliced)

  • 4 leaves Romaine Lettuce

  • 4 tbsp Mayonnaise

  • Salt and Black Pepper (to taste)

  • To serve French Fries

  • To serve Pickles








03 Method

Step 1
Toast 12 slices White Bread until golden.

Step 2
Spread 1 tbsp Mayonnaise on one side of 8 slices of toast.

Step 3
Layer sliced Turkey or Chicken Breast evenly on 4 slices of toast.

Step 4
Top with crispy Bacon, Lettuce leaves, and Tomato slices.

Step 5
Season lightly with Salt and Black Pepper.

Step 6
Place another slice of toast (mayo side down) on top to form the middle layer.

Step 7
Add another layer of Turkey, Bacon, Lettuce, and Tomato.

Step 8
Spread Mayonnaise on 4 remaining slices of toast and place on top, mayo side down, to close the sandwiches.

Secure each sandwich with cocktail sticks, then cut into quarters diagonally.

Serve with French Fries and Pickles on the side.
