02 Ingredients
2 Chicken Breasts (skinless, boneless)
4 cups Mixed Salad Greens (lettuce, spinach, or arugula)
1 Avocado (sliced)
¼ cup Nuts (almonds, walnuts, or pecans)
1 tbsp Olive Oil (for grilling)
Salt (to taste)
Black Pepper (to taste)
For Dressing
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tbsp Lemon Juice or Balsamic Vinegar
1 tsp Honey or Mustard (optional)
Salt & Pepper (to taste)
03 Method
Step 1
Wash and chop Romaine Lettuce, then pat dry.
Step 2
In a large bowl, toss Lettuce with Caesar Dressing until evenly coated.
Step 3
Add Croutons and Parmesan Cheese. Toss gently again.
Step 4
Optional: top with sliced Grilled Chicken for a heartier version.
Step 5
Season with Black Pepper and a squeeze of Lemon juice.
Step 6
Serve immediately, chilled and crisp.
