Breakfast Sausage (American Morning Classic)
A staple of the American breakfast plate, breakfast sausage is savory, spiced ground pork shaped into patties or links. Commonly served with scrambled eggs, pancakes, or hash browns, it’s also the key ingredient in Sausage Gravy with Biscuits, another Southern favorite.
