02 Ingredients
4 slices White or Wholemeal Bread (toasted)
6 slices Crispy Bacon
2 leaves Romaine Lettuce
1 large Tomato (sliced)
2 tbsp Mayonnaise
Salt and Black Pepper (to taste)
To serve Potato Chips or French Fries
03 Method
Step 1
Toast 4 slices of Bread until golden and crisp.
Step 2
Cook the Bacon in a skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat until crispy, then drain on paper towels.
Step 3
Spread 1 tbsp Mayonnaise on each of 2 slices of toast.
Step 4
Layer the crispy Bacon evenly over the bread.
Step 5
Top with fresh Lettuce leaves and Tomato slices.
Step 6
Season lightly with Salt and Black Pepper.
Step 7
Spread Mayonnaise on the remaining 2 slices of toast and place on top to close the sandwiches.
Step 8
Cut in half diagonally and serve with Potato Chips or French Fries on the side.
